Chocolate Chestnut Cake
We love a flourless chocolate cake and chestnuts, put these two things together and you get a rich, delicious, and good for your gut treat.
This cake is made simply with eggs, chocolate, cream, chestnuts and sweetened with turbinado sugar. The first cakes are scheduled to come out of the oven on Wednesday, December 16th for the last Downtown Santa Cruz Farmer's Market of the year. You can also order for pickup at our bistro on the 22nd and 23rd, just pick your day at checkout!
