It's pie season! If you'd like to double make-sure you get the pie you are dreaming of, place your order by 5pm on 11/21/2024 for Thanksgiving week pick-up. Pick-ups are available at any market, where we will also have pies available without a pre-order. Our Thanksgiving week market schedule: 11/23 Westside Santa Cruz, 11/24 Live Oak, 11/26 Monterey, and 11/27 Downtown Santa Cruz. You can choose your pick up spot during check-out.
Pumpkin Chess Pie: It's like your classic pumpkin pie. Only slightly better, made with fresh pumpkin, organic cream, and a gluten-free crust. Ok, so it's not like your classic pumpkin pie at all. It's nicely spiced with true cinnamon, clove, ginger, and a whisper of nutmeg and mace. It comes out of the oven with a firm texture inside and carrying notes of butter cookie and brown sugar. Careful it may stir up memories of your favorite (but way too sweet) pecan pie, or tears of joy for a magnificent pie made without refined-sugars. (contains tree nuts, eggs, and dairy)
Apple Streusel: Like no other apple pie you've eaten before. For real. Crisp apples are sauteed in brown sugar and coconut oil, with a hit of spiced cider at the end we arrive at my dream of apples in caramel sauce. Baked into a gluten-free brown sugar crust, topped with streusel, this vegan pie is what dreams are made of. (contains coconut)
Sweet Potato Basque Cheesecake: Our sugar-free addition to the holiday pie season. itIs festive, delicious, and a beautiful addition to your dessert table. Made with roasted sweet potato, cream cheese, and eggs. Sweetened with pure monk fruit and organic allulose. Baked to a golden caramelized perfection. (contains dairy and eggs)
