Holiday Pies
It's pie season! Our seasonal pies are made from scratch with organic, gluten-free ingredients, and spice-blends that elevate classic flavors.
The first pies are scheduled to come out of the oven on Wednesday, December 16th for the last Downtown Santa Cruz Farmer's Market of the year. You can also order for pickup at our bistro on the 22nd and 23rd, just pick your day at checkout!
Pumpkin Chess Pie: It's like your classic pumpkin pie, but better. Made with fresh pumpkin, organic cream, and a gluten-free crust, this nicely-spiced pie has a firm texture with notes of butter cookie and brown sugar. (contains dairy and eggs)
Maple Pecan Pie: The old-fashioned pecan pie gets an upgrade. Sweetened with maple syrup and coconut sugar in a flakey gluten-free crust. Careful it may stir up memories of your favorite (but way too sweet) pecan pie, or tears of joy for a magnificent pie made without refined-sugars. (contains tree nuts, eggs, and dairy)
Apple Spice Pie: Like no other apple pie you've eaten before. Crisp apples are lightly sweetened with maple syrup and fresh-pressed cider. Spiced with a lovely blend of spices, our vegan apple pie with a topping made from pie coins is a delightful twist on the classic. (contains coconut)
Our pies made as 9" deep dish pies, and easily serves 8 people. Made with organic and gluten-free ingredients. Ready to be sliced and served.

Our pies are only available for pick-up and orders will be baked for pickup the week of Christmas unless you email us for an earlier time. Choose a market or our bistro (!!) for pick-up during checkout. A small selection of pies will also be available at every market without a pre-order.
