It's soft and airy inside, easily sliceable, and ideal for everything from sandwiches to fancy toast. Grilled cheese or French toast? No brainer.
Made with super simple ingredients. Our flour blend is made of brown & white rice flours, potato & tapioca starches, sorghum flour, inulin (from chicory), and xanthan gum. We brush the top with an avocado oil that is emerald green in color, and does the hard work of browning the top.
Each loaf weighs 23 ounces. Made by hand, some slight variations occur. Best stored in the fridge in a reusable plastic container. Up to 7 days in the refrigerator and 30 days in the freezer.
