We get this question often - what can I do with this? It sounds funny at first, but when you stop eating or enjoying bread, you forget what bread can do. 

Seeded loaves are the most popular loaf most weeks. The bread is made with our simple gluten-free flour mix (dairy-free, nut-free, vegan), salt, yeast, sugar, avocado oil, olive oil, and topped with sesame, sunflower, and poppy seeds. It's soft and slices beautifully. 

Wondering what to do with a loaf like this? Here are a few ideas!

1) birds nest, egg in a nest, toad in a hole, whatever you call it - make it for breakfast. 
2) slice & top with avocado, sprouts, pickled onion, radish for the best avo toast ever. 
3) lightly butter, layer with ham & cheese & toast into the croque monsieur of your dreams 
4) add an egg for the croque madame of your dreams 🤩
5) dip in egg, layer with cheese, and pan fry into a ridiculous Monte cristo 
6) spaghetti sandwich! top with garlic and butter, broil till golden. Top with marinara &/or pasta with sauce. 
7) toast and top with cream cheese and lox. You won’t even miss the bagel, I swear. 
8) French toast sticks? Yessss! Cut a thick slice, then cut it into 3-4 long strips, dip in slightly sweetened egg, pan fry. Serve with jam, butter, or syrup. 
9) PB&J. 👊 
10) summer panzanella. C’mon.
