White Cake with Chantilly & Berries
Berries and cherries and chantilly. Oh my!
Not to be outdone by the fresh market berries … the cake is a classic white cake without even a whisper of egg yolk — giving the fresh cream and vanilla bean a chance to shiiiine.
Generously topped with chantilly cream, macerated berries, and whole cherries. This cake is easy going enough to pack for a lunch at the park, or present it as a party cake -- we'll be happy to add sparkles, sprinkles, or candles!
Choose an 8" single or double-layer cake.
Includes raspberries, blackberries, and whole cherries on top (contains pits -we'd be happy to leave them off)
